Ocean Mesa Activities
We have several activities and events throughout the year to make your stay that much more memorable and enjoyable! In addition to the activities here at Ocean Mesa, like the ocean view swimming pool, miles of hiking trails, a playground and game rentals, we also offer many of the amentities available at our neighboring sister site, El Capitan Canyon.
Over on the Canyon side of things, find details on the Concert Series and BBQ, complimentary beach cruiser bike rentals, guided hikes, and more. All available to Ocean Mesa guests!
Ocean Mesa Spa Treatment Massages
Our reception staff will guide you to the spa treatment that most suits you. Licensed professionals will leave you feeling pampered and relaxed! Imagine being this close to nature and feeling this close to absolute bliss.
Canyon Classic
This signature massage treatment takes inspiration from traditional Swedish style massage. In other words, expect continuous flowing strokes on oiled skin, creating a restorative, nurturing effect. Considered the "gold standard" of treatments.
$125 for 55 minutes
$165 for 85 minutes
Hot Stone Massage
For the ultimate in relaxation and healing, smooth heated river stones are carefully placed and moved across your well-oiled body. The warmth of the stones add an idyllic sense of comfort for the ultimate pampered feeling.
$170 for 85 minutes
Barefoot Deeperwork
Certainly not your typical spa treatment... you remain clothed while treatment is conducted laying on a futon. The therapists use their feet and body weight to produce a series of deep, broadly applied compressions. This unique treatment is suggested for those who crave a deeper style of balanced bodywork; especially welcomed after long hikes or strenuous fitness to ease sore muscles.
$125 for 55 minutes
$165 for 85 minutes
Additional Treatments
Any of the above treatments can be combined with a 30 minute treatment addition at $70 each.
Trigger Point Therapy - specifically focused to address knotted tension & circulation blocks which disrupt normal muscle function
Canyon Herbal Scalp Massage - essential oils of lavendar, rosemary & sage with Jojoba oil for scalp stimulation
Canyon Foot Massage & Salt Scrub - a total foot rejuvination, reflexology and exfoliation, which energizes & softens tired feet
